In running a successful accounting firm, you need great systems and the right technical support but the solid rock that provides the foundation upon which a strong firm is built is the people who comprise it.

The members of our team have been chosen not only for their exceptional skills that enable them to do their jobs at the very highest level but also because they have the right attitude toward their careers.

Meet the team

Each member of our team has been carefully chosen for the passion they show in expressing our vision and the values that are at the heart of the BR Wellington philosophy.

Bachelor of Business (Accounting)

I have always been a numbers person. I loved maths throughout school and found a love for accounting. I also believe there is nothing more satisfying that helping people achieve their goals. For me, the accounting industry was a perfect fit!  I was awarded the Swinburne/ BR Wellington Scholarship in 2017. During this time I had the opportunity to take part in some work experience at BR Wellington. Upon completion of my degree I was offered a full-time role. I have been with the BR Wellington Team ever since! You could say it was meant to be.

Apart from being the loudest person you may possibly ever meet, I have a serious addiction to ice-cream and a wild fear of birds.

Emma Volpe

Emma Volpe

Corporate Affairs Manager

I fell into the world of compliance shortly after completing a Multimedia Design Diploma. Throughout my career in Corporate Services it became apparent that there was no formal training or guidance for ASIC registered agents and their staff. This lead to my collaboration with a former colleague in developing a Training Webinar aimed specifically at ASIC registered agents which has been very successful.  I pride myself on my work ethic and my ability to adapt to change and improve processes. I am dependable, dedicated, organised and creative.

When I’m not working and raising my two energetic children, I enjoy painting, crocheting, crosswords, baking fancy cakes and watching European crime dramas.
